A retainer package gives you a discounted, pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month, to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs.
How retainers work:

Discounted rate of £35.50 GBP per hour

Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

Packages do not carry over from month-to-month.
